The Deutsches Museum is staging a whole weekend full of quantum science and quantum technology in celebration of the 2025 International Year of Quantum Science and Technology (IYQ). Guided tours of the special Licht & Materie (Light & Matter) exhibition, public talks, insights into the everyday work of researchers, live presentations of the audiobook series Alice im Quantenland (Alice in Quantumland) and a series of hands-on activity stations will give visitors all kinds of different ways to familiarize themselves with quantum physics and its applications.
Access to this event is included in the price of a ticket to the Deutsches Museum. Visitors interested in the guided tours are kindly requested to register in advance.
